What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is sience and art that's based on principle which dates back to Ancient Egypt, India and China.

Congested area that is felt by reflexologists is rather an entanglement of the excess nervous tissue created in response to, and as an indicator of, an unhealthy organ.

Specific reflexology techniques applied to congested reflexes can “untangle” the nerve fibre adhesions and break the biomechanical link between them.

Humans have been evolving with walking and using hands. There is no accident that tens of thousands of nerve endings are located on hands and feet and connected to whole body; organs, endcrine system and skeltal system.

Reflexology treats a person holistically, and not just current symptoms. From this perspective, manifestation of disease is viewed as the outcome of an imbalance originating within oneself, or in one's relationship with external reality.

Reflexology can be used to help restore, balance, and maintain the body’s natural equilibrium. This gentle non-invasive therapy encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.

I combine my various experiences in bodywork and energy work with western reflexology for the optimum result.

Reflexology has been shown to be effective for various acute and chronic conditions:
